In addition to providing excellent personal care services, Dear Seniors offers a unique service to our clients called Care Concierge!
VA BENEFITS ASSISTANCE

Our concierge will connect you with one of our VA benefits reps and act as a liaison to ensure that qualified veterans (and spouses) receive any benefits they are entitled to.

REGULAR UPDATES TO FAMILY & PCP

With proper permissions, our concierge will regularly update family and primary care
physicians on any changes, or concerns in the client’s condition. This helps reduce trips
to the ER.

LONG-TERM CARE INS. ASSISTANCE

With a trained eye and experience, our concierge can clarify benefits in each individual’s policy and assist families in activating the policy, along with ongoing advocacy to ensure timely reimbursement.

HOME SAFETY EVALUATIONS

Our concierge is trained in identifying and eliminating safety risks in the home. With a simple home visit, we can reduce the risk of falls and injuries, which allows our clients the ability to stay in their homes longer with more success and independence.

MEDICAL CARE RESOURCE ASSISTANCE

Our community has a wealth of medical professionals who are dedicated to helping seniors. Our concierge can connect clients with in-home therapy and nursing services, nurse practitioner services, palliative care, hospice, mobile lab and x-ray companies, and many other services.

MEDICAL EQUIPMENT ARRANGEMENTS

During a home safety check or after a change of condition, our concierge can help determine what equipment or devices are needed, and get them ordered for the client.
